Butterflies

Butterflies fly, so graceful, without a care
You kiss me, I get butterflies, and the feeling is hardly rare
For every touch is the first, every kiss a dream come true
Butterflies flutter and all of a sudden I am walking on air.
In your presence, I reside on Cloud Nine
Every grace of your lips has me flying high
Weak in the knee in the powder blue sky
Where cottony, white puff balls catch me they enfold me.
You give me butterflies
Every second, every minute, every hour of every day
They make me happy, excited
I can feel you near.
Romance and chivalry are what every girl wish for
White knights on white horses offering their name
My knight is a Spartan God and his Athenian Princess waits
To be in his arms as he whispers her name.
He whispers his love, his deep rooted emotions
He gives her his strength, confidence, courage and stability
Never does he fail to give her butterflies the best gift of all.
Butterflies speak of anticipation, of longing, of a love so deep
A love that is strong and everlasting, exciting and new
Every day you grace me with butterflies
And my heart grows stronger with knowledge
Wherever you go, I will follow
And as a team, we shall be
You are my white knight, my prince charming
My Spartan God
.
The butterflies you give me are so special and sacred, they never fail
To veil me in happiness and let my love shine through.
To a lifetime of happiness, to a lifetime of bliss
You are my lover, my friend, my other half.
Salute to butterflies and the magic they give.
